What is a stream?
A stream is a collection of pictures and videos which you can browse through. You can either see the pages of a stream, or click on one to enter it and begin browsing the items with the prev/next buttons
How does the random stream work?
The random stream refreshes with a new random selection every 5 seconds. If you enter it and keep clicking next, you'll get a never-ending stream. You will get put in the random stream by default if no other or an invalid stream is given.
Where is the stream of stuff selected specifically for me?
Personalised streams are something we're working on. The best thing you can do right now is to rate items in other streams so that when the personalised stream becomes available we can fill it with stuff you'd like

Why are there bugs and missing features?
Rather than making you wait months until the site is fully finished and tested, we decided to let people use it as we develop it. This means that we're always adding new feaures and fixing bugs, but if you have any suggestions or comments please let us know.
What browsers does this site support?
The site is designed to support the latest versions of Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari
Why are there adverts?
For a start, we needs adverts to cover the costs of hosting. However, if you are a member all adverts are hidden

I found offensive/copyrighted material
A flag/report feature is coming soon, but for now message us with a link to the item and reason why you think it is inappropriate and we will deal with it accordingly

Why would I want to connect with Facebook?
Connecting with Facebook is an easy way to sign up if you already have a Facebook account. All you have to do is click the "Connect" button, choose a username, and you're ready to go! Even if you've already registered a LOL Stream account, you can connect it with a Facebook account, and keep in touch with your friends' activity
What does the Facebook icon in the nav bar mean?
If it is lit up in blue and shows your name, it means you're currently connected with Facebook. Any time you want to connect, click the icon and then the "Connect" button.
I linked my Facebook account to the wrong LOL Stream account
Not a problem, just go back to the connection page, and choose "Permenantly unlink this Facebook and LOL Stream account". You can then log in with the correct account and connect it with that instead.
How do I connect an existing LOL Stream account with Facebook?
Log in to the LOL Stream account as normal, then click on the Facebook icon followed by the "Connect" button
How do I log back in with an account I made with Facebook?
Either simply click the "Connect" button, or set a password for it and log into it as a normal LOL Stream account
Can I close my account?
Yes, send us a message saying so while logged into the account, and if possible the reason you want it closed

What kind of content should I submit?
Anything, as long as you think there are other people who would find it funny. However, we request that you don't submit any copyrighted material which you don't have the rights to, and that you choose a sensible certificate
What are the certificates for?
They represent the minimum age someone should be to view certain content, and work with the "Safe-Browsing".
13: Anything which contains mild violence, suggestive themes or strong language
18: Anything which contains intense violence, blood and gore or sexual content
I found something really funny submitted a few months ago, should I repost it?
No. To avoid people finding repetitive content in their streams, we'd like to keep all items unique. If you think it deserves more attention you could rate it up, or share it on Facebook.
